I worked with Jessica on selling my home. I’m an out of state investor and she was my eyes and ears, managing the day to day upgrading of my property and getting it ready for sale. She thoroughly understands the OK City market. She put together a plan on what upgrades were recommended with potential cost estimates and timeline. She presented multiple options on sale price versus investment in upgrades. For example, no upgrades, price $A, 50% of the upgrades, price $B and 100% of the upgrades, price $C. She worked within your budget and managed the project and worked to stay within the budget. She identified areas that she was under budget and recommended additional upgrades or made it a savings. Given the increased costs in material, her estimates were generally right on or under and there were no significant surprises. One of her best recommendations was to do a complete home inspection before the project started. That helped in identifying the “must do’s” and eliminated any surprises during the closing process. The buyer found some minor things that was missed during the initial home inspection, but no surprises. If she managed rental properties, I would probably still be in the OK City area.
